Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and supervise the team during absence.

The RAM will lead, coach, and partner with the management team to uphold Circle K standards and ensure guests leave satisfied. Responsibilities include guest service, team coaching, shift management, compliance with health and safety rules, and accurate cash/inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team; conducts second interviews.
• Maintains cleanliness and executes housekeeping duties.
• Assigns shift duties and follows up on completion.
• Directs team to meet brand and health standards.
• Cascades information and assists with training of new products.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory controls during shifts.
• Completes end-of-shift/day paperwork and reports discrepancies.
