Job summary

Reporting to the GM or Director of Operations, you will supervise associates, coordinate scheduling, uphold health and safety policies, and manage beverage service and cash handling. This role requires flexibility across shifts and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in food and beverage, cash handling and customer service
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or lead experience in Casual Dine
• Ability to read, write and converse with customers

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists
• Supervise day-to-day activities of associates
• Ensure compliance with AB policies and procedures
• Participate in hiring decisions and recommend promotions
• Prepare schedules and ensure shifts are covered
• Monitor wellness and safety procedures and take action
