Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume environment. You’ll coach teams, manage inventory and budgets, uphold health codes, and drive sales while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant general management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in personnel management, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching to achieve hospitality excellence and profitability.
