Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. You will lead, coach, and develop team members while ensuring top-tier hospitality standards. You’ll manage inventory, quality, and safety, and drive sales by implementing effective operations and financial controls.

Responsibilities include payroll, scheduling, and local brand promotion through events. The role requires proven GMR experience with strong leadership and a focus on coaching and excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Ability to train and coach staff and to lead operations across shifts.
