Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager or on‑duty leader in daily management tasks. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the business plan and that Crew Members and Team Leaders perform their duties effectively.

In this role you will help maximize sales, reduce controllable costs, and lead shift activities while upholding company policies. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of experience/education in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams; solid problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager or on‑duty PIC with management duties.
• Ensure crew and team leaders meet job expectations.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and control costs; lead shift activities.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Model company values and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
• Participate in training, meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
