Job summary

CKE Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty leader in managing daily operations. This role works with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure activities align with the restaurant’s business plan and to ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet expectations.

You will help drive quality service, staff development, sales, and cost control while upholding company policies and values. Training, meetings and ongoing improvement are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience and/or education demonstrating knowledge of restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team building skills.
• Investigative and problem solving skills; ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Telephone or reliable method of communicating with the restaurant; open door policy.
• Bi-lingual skills a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results.
