Job summary

CKE Restaurants seeks a Shift Leader to support the General Manager on duty and ensure the team delivers quality service. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to align daily operations with the restaurant's business plan and will guide Crew Persons and Team Leaders in their duties.

The role emphasizes training, team development, and consistent execution of company policies, while assisting management in controlling costs and improving performance on the floor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience/education
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Team building skills
• Investigative and problem solving skills; troubleshoot cash handling problems
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance
• Telephone or reliable communication method; open-door policy
• Bi-lingual skills a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to implement process improvements
