Job summary

Jack in the Box, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in coordination with the Restaurant Manager or in their absence.

You will lead internal and external service, coach staff, and drive sales and profitability while ensuring compliance with policies and brand standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years as a Shift Leader or 1 year as an Assistant Manager in a customer service environment; must be 100% certified in all workstations.
• External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure staffing and training; uphold Service Profit Chain and brand promises.
• External Service: ensure exceptional guest experience; maintain food quality, safety and restaurant cleanliness; address guest concerns promptly.
• Higher Profits: partner with Restaurant Manager to analyze performance and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability.
