Qualifikationen

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.

Aufgaben

• Assists in profitability, guest service, people development and operations management as Assistant Manager.
• Directs restaurant team toward efficient preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Ensures adherence to operational and brand standards and supports the RGM in daily operations.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
