Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at a single restaurant, driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and people development. The AM works with the RGM to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards while directly managing 20–45 team members.

This role requires strong leadership, basic P&L understanding, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability influence.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant profitability, guest service, people development, and operations.
• Support RGM in daily operations and staff management.
• Direct 20-45 hourly staff and Shift Coordinators.
• Ensure inventory, procurement, and asset control.
• Maintain cash control and security procedures.
• Uphold brand standards and speed of service.
