Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support profitability, guest service, and people development. This role reports to the General Manager and directly oversees hourly staff, ensuring adherence to brand standards and efficient service.

The AM will drive inventory control, vendor coordination, and maintenance, while coaching shifts and ensuring fast, accurate product preparation and delivery. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs and perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections.
• Place and receive inventory truck orders.
• Maintain and monitor restaurant assets.
• Ensure preventative maintenance with vendors as needed.
• Adhere to cash control and security procedures.
