Job summary

Hardee's is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in directing daily restaurant operations. You will model Core Values, assist in training and coaching staff, and ensure compliance with brand standards across product prep, service, and safety.

The AGM will drive a customer-focused culture, monitor operations, and help manage schedules, inventory, and profitability. Travel between company locations may be required to support business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant.
• Support RGM in selecting, training, and coaching top talent.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, service, facilities, and safety.
• Analyze sales, labor, and controllables to meet margin and growth targets.
• Provide leadership and serve as a role model for customer service and operations.
