Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in restaurant operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in directing daily operations.
• Train and coach top talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales and Profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.
• Monitor and train staff on customer service, food prep, cleaning and stocking.
• Assist in scheduling and inventory ordering when GM is absent.
