Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, food safety, and a positive work environment. You will lead a team, drive sales, and uphold our standards across fast-paced settings.

Required: 2+ years as a restaurant supervisor or manager in a high-volume dining environment; ability to train staff, manage 15+ team members, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor/manager experience in a high-volume Quick Service or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ members.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US; open availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Aid General Manager in achieving operational goals and budget targets.
• Maintain clear communication regarding team achievements, priorities, and changes.
• Demonstrate effective floor management and optimize staff deployment for efficiency.
• Drive restaurant sales and service efficiency by resolving operational obstacles.
• Supervise inventory and food safety protocols to ensure accuracy and shelf-life adherence.
• Commit to ongoing training in kitchen and dining room operations.
