Job summary

You will manage schedules, training, and operational programs, ensuring efficiency in labor and costs, with a focus on maintaining high guest satisfaction and a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Three to five years Restaurant Management or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests, colleagues, management.
• Excellent guest service skills with professional interaction.
• Ability to read and interpret sales analysis, P&L, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall team commitment to Freddy’s and KMG’s Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness standards.
• Apply situational management to daily operations.
• Correct operational mistakes to satisfy guests.
• Provide motivational support to team members.
• Manage team schedules.
• Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence during shifts.
• Ensure all training programs and LTOs are planned and implemented effectively.
• Assess team member performance and assist with coaching and training.
• Demonstrate respect for team members and appreciate their efforts.
• Focus on efficiencies in production, labor, and food costs.
• Maintain proper maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain good vendor relations.
• Promote delivery and rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, and procedures.
• Communicate with leadership on issues driving improvements.
• Handle and resolve guest issues with satisfactory resolutions.
• Increase efficiencies in operations and staffing.
• Make good decisions under pressure.
• Support strategies for sales growth and retention.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
