Job summary

Freddy's is seeking an Associate Partner to support the Operating Partner in daily restaurant operations, driving sales, profitability, and culture while ensuring a consistent customer experience.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage labor, costs, and training across shifts. Availability for mornings, days, and evenings, including weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years restaurant management or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills to develop strong relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret sales analysis, P&L, and invoices.
• Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
• Proven time management and prioritization abilities.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations with hospitality, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Apply situational management to meet guest expectations and coach staff.
• Maintain schedules and monitor labor costs.
• Support training programs and ensure staff development.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vendor relations.
• Promote new products, marketing initiatives, and operational programs.
• Communicate with leadership on issues impacting operations.
• Support strategies to improve sales growth and staff retention.
