Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Albuquerque, NM seeks an ambitious Restaurant Operating Partner to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. You will drive team development, hiring, training, and financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction and Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.

You will act as a true business partner with ownership mindset, building strong teams, driving sales growth, and upholding Freddy’s brand and culture across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have teamwork and communication skills.
• Must pass a background check and ERC required training.
• Must be able to pass and maintain ANSI Manager Certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and cleanliness are being followed at all times.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set the example for team members through a positive attitude, order accuracy and hospitality.
• Lead and support strategies to ensure operations progress, sales growth, and team member retention.
• Perform daily administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory, hiring and other administrative duties as needed.
• Lead and develop strong teams, drive sales growth, and manage financials with the perspective of a business partner.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.
