Job summary

Freddy’s in Monument, Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Associate and Operating Partners with day-to-day operations, lead shifts, and uphold Freddy’s hospitality standards.

You will supervise during meal periods, motivate the team, assist with schedules, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and help hire, train, and coach staff while modelling brand procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Restaurant experience generally required.
• Strong guest service focus and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant during meal periods to ensure Freddy’s standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.
• Correct operational mistakes with a goal of satisfying the guest.
• Provide motivational support to team members.
• Assist with management of team schedules.
• Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence during shifts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors.
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching team members; serve as a role model.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
• Ensure shift execution of the KMG Uniform Policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Support all co-workers, and treat them with dignity and respect.
• Ensure hospitality-focused culture.
• Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth, and team member retention.
