Freddy's is seeking an Operating Partner to oversee restaurant operations, driving guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability. You will manage staff scheduling, training, and performance, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across daily activities.

You will lead financial oversight, cost controls, and local marketing initiatives, collaborating with leadership to achieve measurable goals.

Qualifications

• Three to five years Restaurant Management or related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent guest service skills with positive, professional interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales analysis, invoices, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to perform arithmetic and calculations accurately.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow written instructions.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate store computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction, sales growth, efficiency, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff; maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Develop and implement Local Store Marketing programs in coordination with leadership.
• Monitor financial performance including COGS and labor costs; ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure safety, health, and security procedures are followed; maintain quality standards.
• Maintain accurate payroll and scheduling records; ensure timely reporting.
