Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant to uphold hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional guest service and lead by example.
• Train and coach team members across shifts.
• Assist in inventory, hiring, and administrative duties.
• Support strategies to drive sales growth and staff retention.
