Burger King in Bemidji, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, guest service, and people development. The AM supports the General Manager and manages a team of 20-45 employees.

Responsibilities include inventory control, asset management, maintenance coordination, cash procedures, and upholding brand standards while coaching shifts for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work long/irregular shifts as needed
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability

Responsabilités

• Manage inventory costs and perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections
• Place and receive inventory truck orders
• Maintain a list of restaurant assets and ensure asset tracking
• Ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment with external vendors as required
• Enforce cash control and security procedures (cash drawers, safe counting)
• Motivate and direct team members to provide accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean facility
• Coach and provide feedback to shifts Coordinators and Team Members
• Direct staff toward efficient product prep and prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines
• Maintain adherence to operational and brand standards
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary
