Job summary

Burger King in Hutchinson, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitability while delivering outstanding guest service. As an AM you will support the General Manager, coach the team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members, and ensure brand standards are met.

You will manage inventory, cash controls, and maintenance, while focusing on speed of service and safe, friendly experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in daily restaurant operations.
• Lead team to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, orders, and asset list.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and safety procedures.
• Direct preparation and sale of products to meet speed of service.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
