Job summary

Dairy Queen in West Virginia is seeking a capable leader to oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. You will strive to meet quality, service, and atmosphere goals, while ensuring accurate inventory and cash controls.

You will train staff on procedures, food safety, and product recipes, support the GM with financial planning, and drive sales by optimizing labor and inventory. A ServSafe mindset is expected to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, safety practices.
• Assist GM with business planning and executing strategies to improve sales and profit.
• Ensure Fan service standards are met and customer concerns are promptly addressed.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of team members.
• Prepare hourly schedules to meet staffing needs.
