Job summary

BFS Foods operates a Dairy Queen in Weston, WV and is seeking a reliable shift leader to support the GM and store management in daily operations. You will help maintain quality, service, and a great work environment across all crew roles.

The role covers customer service, product preparation, cash handling, drive-thru and back-line tasks, with emphasis on safety, efficiency, and team leadership. Part-time or full-time options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of high-volume quick service restaurant experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of supervising specific areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• ServSafe® certified or approved equivalent.
• Ability to pass shift leadership program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM and Assistant Manager(s) during scheduled shifts.
• Train and coach crew members to build a highly skilled team.
• Manage inventory, ordering of products and cash control.
• Ensure PRIDE systems and routines are part of day-to-day operations.
• Maintain safety, speed of service and customer satisfaction.
• Delegate tasks and supervise staff during peak periods.
