Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Unit General Manager in delivering exceptional service, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with Food and Beverage standards.

You will oversee training, scheduling, inventory, and safety, while working to achieve financial and guest-service goals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires 1–2 years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Some college preferred.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Understand policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs for the concept.
• Check quality standards on delivery of food and beverages.
• Assist in ordering concept supplies (food, beverage, smallware, chemicals, paper products).
• Resolve customer complaints per company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and health & safety standards; monitor staff and customers' actions.
• Follow proper record keeping per Areas standards.
• Assist in preparing paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules.
• Arrange maintenance and repairs of equipment as needed.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and security standards.
• Advise concept manager on associates' performance.
• Ensure dress code adherence by employees.
• Monitor food prep for brand compliance and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
