Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.You will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Familiarity with scheduling and inventory systems is preferred.

You will hire, train, and develop staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure a clean, safe environment. This is a full-time position with growth opportunities within the franchise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CrunchTime or HotSchedules preferred.
