White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and mentor a dedicated team across high-volume service. You will uphold WLW standards, manage staffing and performance, and drive a hands-on, guest-centric culture in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with POS systems like Micros.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
• Excellent customer focus and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
• Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands‑on and guest‑focused approach.
• Implement and uphold all WLW training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
• Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and evaluations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.
