White Lodging is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily food and beverage operations at one of our premium hotel restaurants. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, a focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

You will manage shifts, mentor staff, oversee P&L, payroll, and scheduling, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure flawless service and memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage operations at upscale venues.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, premium hotel restaurant.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations—ensuring guest satisfaction and high-quality service across every shift.
• Manage compliance with processes to maintain a guest-first premium dining environment.
• Lead daily management duties, including P&L oversight, financial reporting, payroll, and scheduling to drive profitability.
• Mentor and develop your team to consistently deliver upscale food and beverage service.
