Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Las Vegas, NV to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure compliance with health, wage and safety regulations while upholding brand standards. You will supervise shifts, recruit and train staff, manage food cost, labor and customer service, and partner with the GM to implement company initiatives and quality programs.

This role requires long hours on your feet, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant or similar operation.
• Proven ability to ensure health, safety and wage compliance.
• Strong people skills and ability to train and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure profitability and adherence to brand standards.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of restaurant staff under GM guidance.
• Ensure programs, reports and legal documents are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with GM/Owner about issues affecting the business.
• Maintain guest service, quality and cleanliness to Firehouse Subs standards.
