Steak ’n Shake in West Des Moines is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a shift, coach Associates, ensure food safety, quality and service standards, and deliver the brand’s guest experience.

You will partner with the General Manager and Franchise Partner Designate, supervise Trainers and Associates, and drive staffing, training, compliance, and financial results while modeling Steak ’n Shake Principles.

Competenze

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Certified in relevant food safety practices per local regulations.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a Steak ’n Shake shift to meet operational standards.
• Perform 14 point walk and address deficiencies.
• Ensure food is stored and prepared per safety regs and recipes.
