Job summary

Dunkin' in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will handle scheduling, inventory, and back-office tasks, work with CrunchTime or HotSchedules if available, and partner with store leadership to maintain standards, guest satisfaction, and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Familiarity with CrunchTime, HotSchedules or similar systems.

Responsibilities
