Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin' franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our Colorado location. You will recruit and develop team members, ensure quality service, manage costs and drive sales to achieve profitability.

You will be directly responsible for P&L for your store. The ideal candidate has restaurant/retail supervisory experience, fluent English, strong leadership, and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must fluent in English (speak/read).
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience required.
• Strong guest focus with ability to anticipate needs.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage targets.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and lead effective teams.
• Physical ability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for long periods.
