You will develop a high-performing team, manage scheduling and inventory, and partner with store leadership to ensure standards. CrunchTime or HotSchedules experience is preferred; flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Experience with scheduling systems preferred.
