Job summary

Delaware North's Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, AR is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead frontline teams, safeguard guest experiences, and uphold high standards across food, beverage, safety and service execution. This role also assists with scheduling, inventory, training and administrative functions in a fast-paced casino environment.

The position requires a minimum of two years in a supervisory role with strong guest service orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience in restaurant/hospitality
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in training, motivating, and developing team members to maintain high performance
• Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and monitoring POS systems
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations
