Delaware North's Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, AR is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead frontline teams, safeguard guest experiences, and uphold high standards across food, beverage, safety and service execution. This role also assists with scheduling, inventory, training and administrative functions in a fast-paced casino environment.

The position requires a minimum of two years in a supervisory role with strong guest service orientation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience in restaurant/hospitality
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems

The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will partner with the Food and Beverage Manager to lead frontline teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards across food, beverage, safety, and service execution. This role also assists with scheduling, inventory, training, and administrative functions while helping drive consistent performance in a fast‑paced casino environment. Pay Minimum — Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 – $54,100 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. More About You

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health regulations, and safety procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and point of sale systems
• Ability to obtain ServSafe, Food Safety Handler, and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
• Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
