Delaware North Gaming is seeking an experienced Assistant Beverage Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will support daily bar operations, oversee team performance, scheduling, purchasing, cost controls, alcohol compliance, and service quality, while creating an engaging experience for guests.

This role emphasizes leadership and training, with responsibilities including weekly schedules, hiring, coaching, and ensuring adherence to programs like GuestPath

Qualifications

Minimum two years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
No college degree required.
Strong menu knowledge and staff supervision experience.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage time.

Responsibilities

Assist in the administration of all beverage and bar-related functions to ensure guest satisfaction and cost of sales.
Prepare weekly schedules, hire, train, and manage team members with feedback on performance.
Complete purchasing in line with company programs and enforce safety policies.
Attend meetings, participate in training, and drive service standards.
Develop new policies and control procedures for alcohol compliance and quality.
