Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or two years related hotel/food service experience.
• Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification required.
• TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) certification preferred.
• Ability to supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to hourly staff.
• Solid knowledge of brand, health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations in restaurants, bars, room service, or banquet areas.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with brand, health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for hourly staff.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support special events, group functions, and VIP service as needed.
