Job summary

La Popular, a chef-driven concept expanding in the US, seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, train bar staff, and manage inventory and scheduling to deliver a premium dining experience.

You will report to the General Manager/Regional Operations Manager and play a key role in maintaining culture, safety, and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Displays a strong example and passion for our culture on every shift – EDC!
• At least 21 years of age
• TIPs Certified
• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant
• Recruit, train, coach, counsel, and align employees; communicate job expectations; monitor, appraise, and review job contributions; enforce policies and procedures
• Ability to lead a diverse team and ensure consistent guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing checklists
• Interact with guests and resolve issues
• Maintain overall operations and execution of service, ordering, scheduling, etc.
• Bar program training and education
• Team Member Accountability - Teaching/Coaching all team members
• Inventory, bar (beer, wine, liquor, bar goods, etc.)
• Ordering, bar (beer, wine, liquor, bar goods, etc.)
• Steal the Glass (STG) and/or Live Music booking
• Proper Tap cleaning following the 7/28 Cleaning Checklist
• Keg room cleaning and organization
• Building maintenance
