Job summary

• Maintain presentation and correct food temperatures during service.
• Assist in inventory of food, beverage, equipment and service ware.
• Maintain a cooperative, team-oriented attitude with staff from all departments.
• Follow sanitation, safety guidelines and OHSA requirements.
