Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for hourly staff.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.
• Support special events, group functions, and VIP service as needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or two years related experience and/or training in a hotel or food service environment
