Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in Taos, NM seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to lead front-of-house teams, uphold exceptional service, and maintain high dining standards across our historic Old Martinez Hall project.

You will coach and train staff, coordinate with kitchen and bar, manage guest flow, monitor guest satisfaction, handle cash-out, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience in a supervisor or lead role.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, guest-focused service.
• Oversee daily floor operations, including table assignments, pacing, and guest flow.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain communication and service accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Handle cash-out procedures, reconcile receipts, and follow company cash-handling policies.
