Qualifications

• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability impact.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and performs daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
• Places and tracks inventory orders with suppliers for timely restock.
• Maintains asset lists and oversees preventative maintenance of facilities/equipment.
• Ensures cash handling procedures and security controls are followed.
• Motivates and coaches team members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Directs restaurant operations to ensure fast, accurate preparation and delivery.
• Assumes Shift Coordinator duties when needed to support operations.
