Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and profitability at a Cleveland, MS location. You will supervise 20–45 employees, coach team members, and partner with the RGM to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes inventory control, adherence to brand standards, and timely execution of orders while maintaining a safe, clean restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability management.
• Ability to lead a team of 20–45 employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory costs and perform regular inventory inspections.
• Drive guest service and ensure fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Coach shifts coordinators and team members to raise performance.
• Direct daily operations to meet speed-of-service guidelines.
• Uphold brand standards and perform duties of Shift Coordinator when needed.
