Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver guest-focused service in our Mississippi restaurant.

You will coach shift coordinators and team members, manage inventory and cash controls, ensure compliance with brand standards, and direct efficient food preparation and timely service. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager and requires 1–2 years of quick service experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability through inventory costs and cash control procedures.
• Motivate and direct team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct operations to ensure accurate product prep and timely delivery within speed guidelines.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
