Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Oxford, MS location to lead daily operations, support the General Manager, and drive profitability while delivering fast, friendly guest service. You will coach Shift Coordinators and team members, oversee inventory and cash controls, and ensure brand standards are met.

This role requires leadership experience in quick service and a basic understanding of P&L.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and profitability.
• Coach and develop Shifts Coordinators and Team Members.
• Ensure fast, friendly guest service in a clean facility.
• Cover Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed.
