Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive profitability in Clarksdale, MS. You will supervise 20-45 staff, coach shifts coordinators, and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean setting.

You will partner with the RGM to maintain brand standards, monitor inventory, control costs, and execute protocols for cash handling and security. Prior QSR management experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with some college preferred.
• Restaurant experience, especially in quick-service, is desirable.
• Ability to interpret basic P&L statements and influence profitability.
• Demonstrates leadership and ability to coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversees profitability through inventory control and cost management.
• Manages inventory inspections and coordinates orders with suppliers.
• Directs guest service expectations to ensure fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Coaches and provides feedback to shifts coordinators and team members.
• Directs daily restaurant operations to meet brand standards and speed of service.
