Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s culture. You’ll oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and staff deployment while ensuring top customer service and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restaurant/retail leadership, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes recognition programs for Crewmembers.
