Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Cane’s standards and culture in shift management. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, interact with customers and lead crewmembers to deliver excellent service while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Must have 1+ year restaurant or retail management experience and complete Cane’s training programs.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel/Word/Outlook; adapt to new systems quickly.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends; travel for work-related functions/training.
• Must complete all Raising Cane’s training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures restaurant operations meet Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and accountability.
• Enforces Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management per operations and safety standards.
• Uses tools and logs to support shift execution and documentation.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift.
• Delivers exemplary customer service.
• Rewards and recognizes crewmembers.
• Authorizes manager-approved employee actions.
• Maintains cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
