Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations. This role requires managing shifts, directing crewmembers, and ensuring high standards of service and food safety in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The position offers opportunities for career growth, monthly bonus potential, and a focus on teamwork, guest service, and operational excellence. Must be available days, evenings, and weekends and travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Oversee shift operations and cash handling with accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards across shifts.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and ensure customer service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and facility readiness, including safety standards.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant Leader.
