The role focuses on maintaining service quality, food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency across shifts, including scheduling and shift coverage. Paid online training is provided up to 5 hours.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest-focused service orientation.
• Ability to lead and train team members.
• Experience with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Proven scheduling and shift coverage capability.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate with the store manager on planning, organizing, training, and leadership.
• Ensure service quality and appearance of the facility through training of employees and maintenance of standards.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure timely truck deliveries and manage costs by ordering what is needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant store operations and equipment.
